LOSFA administers the Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS), the state’s 529 college savings plan, and the Student Tuition Assistance and Revenue Trust (START) program.

 

TOPS Tracker 

LOSFA has launched the Student Hub to give high school students more options for tracking their TOPS eligibility and status. You will need your State Student Number (a.k.a. LASECID) found in your Power School Account to complete the registration process. Note, the State Student Number is only visible from a desktop/laptop computer and not the Power School app.
